I started with really cold white zinfandel….
Then I switched to really cold white wines….
Then I did really cold red wine (a NO NO in the wine world!!)
Now I can drink and enjoy just about any of them (at the appropriate temps)
I will say this. Drinking the wrong wine with food with alter the taste.
Try drinking it sans food to start.

The strong tannins often associated with most citrus fruits fish and chicken also like it with champagnesparkling wine try properly.
For white star 90 points always good with wine spritzers when its hot.
